Responsibilities:
- Promote UT products in assigned territory/accounts; provide education and support to PH-ILD and/or IPF HCPs.
- Build/manage relationships with MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs, and specialty distributor staff to deliver product messaging and education.
- Analyze sales reports; develop business plans to increase sales and achieve/exceed targets.
- Coordinate with other field team members (e.g., RBD) to optimize selling, education, and support.
- Use sales force automation for territory effectiveness and accurate record-keeping.
- Complete administrative requirements (e.g., expenses, call reporting) per UT guidelines.
- Attend PH-ILD/IPF symposia and conferences; attend patient support group meetings; participate in sales/marketing project teams as directed.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s (preferably nursing or life science) or equivalent.
- ALD: 6+ years specialty pharmaceutical selling (or 6+ years advanced lung disease healthcare/nursing); 2+ years Cardiovascular/Pulmonary therapeutics; leadership/communication; decision-making/planning; UT product knowledge; valid driver’s license.
- Senior ALD: 8+ years specialty selling; 4+ years specialty pharma/biotech; 4+ years institutional/major teaching centers; 2+ years Cardiovascular/Pulmonary therapeutics; 1+ year facilitating training workshops (required); leadership/region success; driver’s license.
