- Own coordination of internal and external meetings, seminars, and events from start to finish

- Step in as backup support for fellow coordinators when the team needs it

This Role Requires:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of administrative experience (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- 2+ years of industry experience in a relevant business function (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently across all levels
- Demonstrated independence, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
- Track record of building effective relationships up, down, and across teams

- Work model/flexibility: 4 days a week on-site
Salary Range (hourly): $33.80 - $52.93
