General Summary: Provides high-level administrative and operational support to CMTO leaders, enabling efficient execution of CMTO priorities through complex logistics, cross-functional coordination, and seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, prioritizing meetings aligned to business criticality.
- Coordinate internal/external meetings (governance forums, offsites, cross-functional sessions) with logistics/materials/real-time support.
- Support CMTO governance and reporting by aggregating inputs, tracking deliverables, and preparing leadership-ready materials.
- Prepare/edit presentations and communications for senior leaders.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, and coordination of team events and leadership offsites.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Procurement to execute administrative/operational processes.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor agreements per Vertex policies.
- Support onboarding of new team members.
- Maintain relationships with site operations, facilities, and vendors to support office operations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Knowledge and Skills (Required/Preferred):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong organizational/time management; ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience supporting complex, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail; strong communication/executive presence.
- Discretion and confidentiality; familiarity with Concur, SharePoint, and procurement tools preferred.

Education and Experience:
- Typically requires 2+ years of administrative experience (or equivalent), preferably supporting senior leaders/complex teams.
- Typically requires high school/secondary school education.

Pay Range: $39–$58.
