Responsibilities:
- Ensure iCTC GL transactions are accounted for in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Prepare and book journal entries for month-end close, including sub-ledger/schedule-to-ledger reconciliations and analysis of reconciling items.
- Coordinate with iCTC departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of prepaid expenses, accruals, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Assist with SOX 404B efforts: document and perform key controls in areas of responsibility and support the broader SOX 404B program.
- Perform financial analysis and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review purchase orders, vendor invoices, contracts, manufacturing documents, department budgets, and financial reports as needed.
- Support inventory and costing processes, variance analysis, SEC filings, and ad hoc/management reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with business filings (e.g., annual business report, state filings, license renewals).
- Complete special projects as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or higher).
- 8+ years of relevant accounting experience; Big 4 preferred but not required.
- CPA is a plus.

Skills/Requirements:
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; working knowledge of SOX, technical accounting, and financial reporting.
- ERP experience (preferably NetSuite).
- Analytical, problem-solving, flexible β€œcan do” attitude; strong collaboration and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent Excel skills; experience with MS Office Suite.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Onsite with flexibility.
