Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of client deliverables with internal teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and strategic goals are met
- Translate brand strategies into actionable account activities; recommend solutions aligned with client objectives
- Serve as principal day-to-day point of contact for tactical initiatives; maintain regular client communication and lead weekly client status meetings
- Oversee quality control and readiness of deliverables prior to client submission (including Veeva) to ensure compliance with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal review standards
- Manage the promotional review process, including agenda preparation and facilitation of Medical/Legal/Regulatory meetings as needed
- Mentor and guide Account Executives and Account Coordinators
- Monitor and report job estimates and brand budgets; ensure adherence to financial protocols
- Anticipate and address client needs/issues; escalate to account lead when appropriate
- Support internal agency team and client in preparing for major meetings, programs/events, and initiatives (timeline/budget tracking, logistics, resource development)
- Uphold agency standards through collaboration and strong team dynamics in a fast-paced environment
Hybrid requirement:
- Commute to Irvine, CA office at least 3 days per week
Qualifications:
- 4β6 years pharmaceutical advertising agency experience; proven client service; experience mentoring junior staff
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent business experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and review platforms (e.g., Veeva)
- Strong written/verbal communication; lead presentations/meetings; solid understanding of science/healthcare; knowledge of promotional review processes; multitasking/prioritization; attention to detail; persistent follow-up; ability to adapt
