Role Summary
As Manager of Academy and Franchise within the NNI Employee Experience team, the role applies performance consulting to identify gaps, validate needs, and propose solutions for developing impactful learning journeys. You will proactively manage learning journeys within assigned areas to enhance skills in the therapy area portfolio, with the aim of creating engaging learning experiences that elevate product and disease-state knowledge and empower our sales teams to drive favorable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings performance consulting experience and a track record designing learning journeys aligned with measurable business objectives, plus strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
- With alignment from the Assoc. Director to build assigned curricula & measurement strategies within (low-mid complex curriculum and/or asset build)
- Effectively establish, deepen, and sustain key relationships with divisional learning team and business SMEs to understand their business needs and related performance gaps
- Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders to define desired performance outcomes
- Through performance consulting, perform needs assessment and/or training needs analysis by project
- Monitor, analyze, interpret, and report internal trends; make recommendations for learning solutions for the division or function, as appropriate
- Liaise and partner within NNI Employee Experience, Capabilities Leads, and Global P&O colleagues to design, develop, curate, co-create learning solutions, as needed
- Liaise and partner with business management leads to ensure relevance and value of curriculum and successful learning outcomes
- Engage in tactical vendor management
- Adhere to content management strategy and create awareness of asset development within Employee Experience
- Follow & execute established department SOPs
Education
- Bachelorβs degree required
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferred. Prior applicable Novo Nordisk experience will apply
- A minimum of 1 year of L&D or relevant experience preferred. Prior applicable Novo Nordisk experience will apply
- Excellent interpersonal/presentation/communication skills
- Strong project management skills are required
- Previous management/supervisory preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Proven track record or sales performance results preferred
Additional Requirements
- 10-20% overnight travel required
