Role: Seed Engineer Co-op supporting Bayerβs seed production and breeding operations through engineering design and project execution. Responsibilities: assist in defining seed processing projects, develop technical documentation, support environmental permits, aid in site planning, coordinate construction and commissioning activities, and support project management and procurement across multiple locations. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Agricultural, or related engineering; completed at least one year; strong interest in applied engineering for seed facilities; effective cross-functional communication; willingness to travel domestically. Preferred: GPA β₯3.0; agricultural background or seed processing experience; familiarity with equipment and systems; organizational skills; proficiency with MS Office; CAD exposure is a plus. High-Value: focus on seed processing, supporting scalable and safe production facilities, with involvement in project lifecycle from design to start-up across U.S. locations. Work setup: primarily on-site with travel; compensation varies based on experience.
