Security Operations Center Specialist (2nd Shift)

Role: Security Operations Center (SOC) Specialist supporting 24/7 physical security in a biotech environment. Responsibilities: monitor access control, CCTV, intrusion, and environmental alarms; respond to incidents; coordinate emergency responses; document incidents; manage access requests and audits; troubleshoot security systems; support investigations with surveillance footage; monitor lab environment alarms; assist in emergency and business continuity procedures; escalate risks and maintain confidentiality. Requirements: 2–5 years in SOC, physical security, dispatch, or emergency operations; hands-on experience with access control, CCTV, and alarm software; strong incident triage skills; technical aptitude; proficiency in MS Office; ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends; strong situational awareness. Preferred: experience in biotech, healthcare, or regulated environments; security certifications; incident management knowledge; high attention to detail and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and collaboratively. High-Value: physical security in biotech/life sciences; 24/7 shift role; onsite with local travel between Arizona sites; emergency response focus; physical and technical system troubleshooting. WorkSetup: 2nd shift, Monday-Wednesday 1:00 pm-1:00 am, Thursday 5:00 pm-9:00 pm; local travel required; after-hours emergency response possible.
