Seattle Research Technology Associate Director

Role: Lead laboratory technology support and site partnership for a research site within a highly regulated GxP and SOX environment. Objectives: ensure operational excellence, financial stewardship, risk management, and technology adoption aligned with enterprise goals. Responsibilities: manage lab technology operations, build relationships with senior stakeholders, serve as site product owner capturing and prioritizing research requirements, oversee compliance, budget, and project delivery, and advocate for site needs in cross-site forums. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale technology platforms in regulated environments; proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and demand management skills; expertise in cyber security, ITSM, system lifecycle, and GxP/SOX compliance. Preferred skills: program and financial management, vendor oversight, and experience in biotech or pharmaceutical research settings.
