Role: Scientist in Vaccine Discovery focusing on preclinical candidate screening and immunoassays. Responsibilities: express and analyze vaccine antigens in mammalian cell culture (e.g., Expi293F), perform immunoassays like ELISA and Luminex, organize sample/reagent inventories, and support data analysis and documentation. Requirements: BS in biochemistry, immunology, or related field; research lab experience; authorized to work in the US. Preferred: hands-on mammalian cell culture, transfection, immunoassays, flow cytometry, and recombinant DNA techniques; 2+ years industry experience.
