Scientist, Trial Support

Role: Scientist, Trial Support within Bioanalytical Discovery and Development Sciences at Johnson & Johnson, supporting clinical operations related to pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD). Responsibilities: execute PK/PD research projects, contribute to discovery and clinical candidate studies, assist with sample and data management in global clinical trials, review specifications, define studies in LIMS, deliver bioanalytical data, support sample collection/disposition, generate status reports, participate in process improvements, and mentor junior staff. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years, Master's with 2+ years, or PhD with 1+ year of relevant experience; sample management expertise; experience reviewing lab documents; working knowledge of database systems like Watson or LabVantage; strong communication, organization, and attention to detail; GLP/GCP experience.
