Role: Scientific and operational lead for translational biomarker and target-engagement activities within biopharma clinical programs, emphasizing mass spectrometry and quantitative bioanalysis. Responsibilities: support FIH and early-phase studies, develop and qualify LC-MS assays, coordinate vendor activities, manage project timelines and budgets, and integrate biomarker strategies into study protocols. Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Translational Medicine, Clinical Development, Bioanalytics, and external partners to ensure assay performance, data quality, and GxP compliance. Qualifications: BS/BAMS with 2+ years or MS/PhD in Biology, Chemistry, or related field; experience supporting early clinical development, working with CROs, and knowledge of GxP and biomarker workflows.
