Role: Scientist/Senior Scientist in Yeast Surface Display, responsible for developing and executing high-throughput antibody and mini-protein discovery workflows using yeast display technology. Objectives include constructing libraries, performing selections against complex targets like GPCRs, optimizing binders through affinity maturation, and leveraging NGS for monitoring. Responsibilities encompass managing the full display workflow, collaborating with biophysical and analytical teams for hit validation, and contributing to platform development within a new Cambridge research center. Qualifications: PhD in Protein Engineering, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry; 2+ years (Scientist) or 4+ years (Senior Scientist) relevant post-degree experience; expertise in yeast display, antibody/protein formats, and selection techniques; familiarity with NGS and bioinformatics is advantageous.
