Role: Scientist in Vaccine Discovery supporting Lilly’s infectious disease pipeline, focusing on preclinical vaccine candidate screening and immune response profiling. Responsibilities: Express and screen vaccine antigens in mammalian cell culture; perform immunoassays (ELISA, neutralization, Luminex); analyze antigen expression via Western blot/dot blot/flow cytometry; support molecular workflows like cloning; organize samples and reagents; document experiments; contribute to SOPs and reports; collaborate with external partners. Qualifications: BS in microbiology, biochemistry, immunology, or related field; 2+ years industry lab experience; proficiency in mammalian cell culture, immunoassays, and molecular biology; authorization to work in US.
