Scientist/Sr. Scientist, Protein Purification

Role: Scientist or Senior Scientist in Protein Purification and Analysis supporting discovery programs. Responsibilities: perform high-purity purification of proteins and bioconjugates (e.g., ADCs, AOCs) using techniques like SEC, IEX, affinity chromatography, RP-HPLC; support purification of challenging targets such as membrane proteins and complexes; conduct analytical characterization (mass spectrometry, biophysical methods, flow cytometry); contribute to developing high-throughput workflows. Requirements: PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field (or BS/MS with significant industry experience); 2+ years (Scientist) or 4+ years (Senior Scientist) experience in protein purification; hands-on expertise with AKTA systems; familiarity with complex formats like ADCs/Bioconjugates; working knowledge of analytical tools. Preferred: experience with membrane proteins, molecular formats like ADCs, and automation.
