Role: Scientist/Senior Scientist in mRNA Display focusing on peptide and mini-protein drug discovery, contributing to building a new high-throughput display platform in Cambridge, MA. Responsibilities: execute full mRNA display workflows from library design to selection, apply non-canonical amino acid incorporation and chemical modifications, develop and maintain custom cell-free systems, analyze structure-activity relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on data science and modeling. Requirements: PhD in Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related; 2+ years (Scientist) or 4+ years (Senior Scientist) post-degree experience with mRNA display or related in vitro technologies; experience in building custom cell-free display systems, non-canonical amino acid incorporation, and NGS analysis; familiarity with peptide characterization techniques. Preferred: industry experience, expertise with other in vitro display platforms, and peptide developability considerations.
