Scientist/Sr. Scientist, Molecular Biology

Role: Scientist/Senior Scientist in Molecular Biology supporting biologics discovery, focusing on high-throughput vector design and molecular cloning to enable display technologies, structural biology, and target engagement studies. Responsibilities include designing expression vectors, generating constructs for challenging targets (e.g., GPCRs), engineering mammalian cell lines via genome editing (CRISPR, lentivirus), and supporting structural biology workflows (crystallography, cryo-EM). Requirements: PhD in Molecular or Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related; 2+ years (Scientist) or 4+ years (Senior Scientist) experience in vector design, cloning, and cell line engineering; expertise with high-throughput cloning workflows (Golden Gate, Gibson), and genome editing tools (CRISPR). Preferred: experience with challenging targets like GPCRs and platform scaling.
