Role Overview
Scientist to join an interdisciplinary cell therapy team advancing CAR-T cell therapies for solid tumors; central to the in vivo CAR-T platform and will drive preclinical development from construct design through animal model efficacy studies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute in vitro functional assays.
- Perform binder selection for CAR design.
- Handle and engineer human and murine T cells.
- Engineer and maintain cancer cell lines for model development.
- Analyze and interpret data, troubleshoot, and present/engage internal stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed experimental records; contribute to scientific reports, presentations, and patent documentation.

Requirements
- PhD in Immunology, Immuno-Oncology, Tumor Immunology, Cancer Biology, or closely related field.
- Up to 3 years postdoctoral experience (PhD completed within past 3 years strongly encouraged).
- Primary human T cell isolation, activation, lentiviral transduction, and expansion.
- Multicolor flow cytometry: panel design, data acquisition (e.g., Attune/Novocyte/Cytek Aurora), and analysis (FlowJo).
- Molecular biology: PCR/qPCR, lentiviral packaging/titration, Western blot.
- Familiarity with Incucyte, MSD, and LDH release assay.

Preferred Skills/Experience
- PDX model development for CAR-T evaluation.
- Knowledge in a tumor disease area.
- Single-cell sequencing and data analysis/interpretation.
- Contributions to innovation (publications, patents, or conference presentations).
