Scientist, Solid Tumor CAR-T

Role: Scientist, Solid Tumor CAR-T at Legend Biotech, focusing on preclinical development of CAR-T therapies for solid tumors. Responsibilities: design and conduct in vitro assays, analyze T cell phenotypes, evaluate CAR-T trafficking and tumor infiltration in vivo, engineer human and murine T cells, develop cancer models, and analyze data. Requirements: PhD in Immunology, Immuno-Oncology, or related field, with up to 3 years postdoctoral experience; expertise in primary human T cell handling, flow cytometry, molecular biology, gene editing (CRISPR/Cas9), and in vivo mouse models; experience with solid tumor indications such as lung or gastric cancer; publications or patents preferred.
