Role: RNA Chemistry Scientist supporting Dyne’s nucleic acid therapeutic platform, focusing on oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, and characterization. Responsibilities: independently synthesize modified RNA oligonucleotides (ASO, siRNAs), troubleshoot and optimize synthesis methods, interpret analytical data (HPLC, LCMS), perform purification and characterization, and contribute to design and hit-to-lead optimization of oligonucleotides targeting neuromuscular diseases. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects, ensuring precise documentation and data presentation. Qualifications: PhD in Chemistry or related field with 2+ years of industry experience or MSc with at least 8 years relevant biotech experience; hands-on platform expertise (e.g., MerMade, K&A, AKTA Oligopilot); experience with conjugation, analytical assays, and oligonucleotide chemistry; strong experimental execution, data interpretation, and team collaboration skills.
