Scientist, Quality Control

Role: QC Scientist II responsible for performing chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products, and stability samples in a pharmaceutical setting. Responsibilities: execute analyses using techniques such as IR, UV-Vis, chromatography, X-ray diffraction, DSC, and Malvern Mastersizer; prepare samples, document results, participate in method transfer, and investigate out-of-specification results. Additional tasks include calibration, standardization, and training laboratory staff. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science; 3+ years of pharmaceutical testing experience with a BS or 1+ year with an MS; proficiency in analytical techniques and laboratory documentation. Preferred: Master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline.
