Role: Scientific lead in pharmacology supporting nonclinical efficacy and mechanism of action studies, bridging discovery and early clinical development. Responsibilities: plan, execute, and oversee in vitro/in vivo studies; interpret data; manage CRO contracts; contribute to regulatory documentation; collaborate with translational science, toxicology, clinical, regulatory, CMC, and project teams; ensure scientific rigor and regulatory compliance. Requirements: advanced degree in pharmacology, biology, toxicology, or related field with 3+ years (or 5+ years with a bachelorโs/masterโs); experience in molecular, cellular, or biochemical research supporting drug development; strong project management and communication skills. Preferred: experience with nonclinical study oversight, disease models, pharmacodynamic endpoints, and translational biomarkers; background in ophthalmology, dermatology, or related therapeutic areas; early development support.
