Scientist, Pharmacokinetics

Role: Support preclinical drug discovery within the DMPK group by characterizing ADME properties of biologics and conjugates across therapeutic areas such as immunology, oncology, cardiovascular, and ophthalmology. Responsibilities: conduct in vitro/ex vivo assays, operate LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods, interpret data to inform pipeline decisions, and contribute to scientific initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s in analytical sciences, biochemistry, biology, or related fields; 3+ years’ experience with mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays, and LC-MS/MS bioanalysis; proficiency with biological matrices and assay development. Preferred: experience with protein characterization, flow cytometry, automated assays, or PK/ADME concepts; published research record and proficiency with data analysis tools.
