Responsibilities: perform routine and exploratory biochemistry/biophysics assays (receptor binding, cellular trafficking, clearance mechanisms), collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize protocols, generate and interpret high-quality data, and support automation and assay development. Requirements: Bachelor's (3+ years) or Master's in biochemistry, biophysics, or related field; hands-on experience with protein characterization techniques (e.g., SPR, BLI, MS, flow cytometry); strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills; excellent documentation practices. Preferred: experience with biologics DMPK assays, cell-based functional assays, ligand-binding assays, automation, and high-throughput systems.
