Role: Independent bench Scientist supporting Regeneron's Ophthalmology research team, focusing on ocular and autoimmune disease therapeutics. Responsibilities: design and perform in vitro/in vivo studies using cell lines and mouse models; execute assays like ELISA, MSD, Luminex, RT-PCR, and flow cytometry; isolate tissues/cells, develop functional assays, and analyze data; communicate findings and write protocols/study reports. Requirements: BS/MS in Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, with 4-5 years lab experience; strong molecular/cellular biology knowledge; experience with tissue culture, cell-based assays, flow cytometry, and mouse handling. Preferred: immunology or ophthalmology expertise; experience with autoimmune/inflammatory mouse models. High-Value: focus on ocular autoimmunity, autoimmune disease models, biologics or small molecules, preclinical research. WorkSetup: onsite in Tarrytown, NY; no travel specified.
