Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Working in the Research and Development Center, develop and validate analytical methods using advanced instrumentation for therapeutic oligonucleotide drug substances and drug products.
- Apply sound scientific principles to perform laboratory research.
Minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Fresh Ph.D in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Chemistry with knowledge of Therapeutic Oligonucleotides (preferred). A Masterβs degree in Biochemistry with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in Oligonucleotide research, will also be considered.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and instrumentation used in analytical characterization of complex pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects and assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to write comprehensive technical reports and communicate complex concepts to colleagues across functions.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English (required).
- General understanding of current regulatory policies applicable to pharmaceutical industry practice and regulations (preferred).
