Role: Hands-on Scientist within Early Biologics Characterization, focusing on applying biosensor and biochemical techniques to characterize protein therapeutics. Objectives include generating data to support biologics discovery and candidate selection. Responsibilities encompass executing, optimizing, and troubleshooting binding assays (e.g., SPR, BLI) to evaluate affinity, kinetics, epitope specificity, cross-reactivity, and molecular quality; performing biophysical studies, protein conjugation, and implementing new technologies; communicating findings to cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s in Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related fields with 1-2 years of laboratory experience; expertise in SPR/BLI platforms (Carterra, Biacore, Octet); familiarity with protein-protein interactions, data analysis tools, and biophysical methods; strong organizational and communication skills.
