Scientist, Molecular Discovery

Key Responsibilities
- Express and purify therapeutic proteins, target antigens, and protein reagents for biologics discovery programs.
- Test and characterize developability of therapeutic proteins.
- Screen novel therapeutic protein designs in biochemical and cell-based assays.
- Contribute to exploratory programs and platform technology development to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with teams on portfolio programs.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s (3+ years) or Master’s in molecular biology, biochemistry, structural biology, or related field with relevant lab experience.
- Required experience/skills:
- Proficiency in protein purification (affinity chromatography, ion exchange, size exclusion).
- Expertise culturing mammalian cells for protein expression.
- Experience generating protein expression constructs (vector selection, cassette design, cloning, validation).
- Strong communication; ability to multi-task and work collaboratively cross-functionally.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Preferred experience/skills:
- Protein binding assays (e.g., ELISA; company/cell-based binding assays).
- Stable expression systems.
- High-throughput technologies and automation platforms.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Salary range: $87,300.00–$137,400.00.
- Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
