Scientist, Medicinal Chemistry

Responsibilities:
- Propose hypothesis-driven target molecules based on emerging structure-activity relationships, optimizing compounds to impact and advance lead series.
- Solve complex synthesis problems using state-of-the-art methodology and collaborate with colleagues to enable team productivity.
- Maintain a high level of expertise through familiarity with scientific literature.
- Use strong communication (verbal and technical) and interpersonal skills to communicate objectives and results.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience
OR
- Master’s degree and 4 years’ experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Molecular Chemistry

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $146,540.00 - $189,640.00.
- May be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and discretionary stock-based long-term incentives.
