Scientist, Medicinal Chemistry responsible for proposing hypothesis-driven target molecules based on structure-activity relationships, solving complex synthesis problems, maintaining scientific expertise, and communicating objectives and results.

Responsibilities

• Propose hypothesis-driven target molecules based on emerging structure-activity relationships, optimizing compounds to impact and advance lead series
• Solve complex synthesis problems using state-of-the-art methodology and collaborate with colleagues to enable team productivity
• Maintain high level of expertise through familiarity with scientific literature
• Communicate objectives and results using strong verbal and technical communication

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years’ experience
• Required: Master’s degree and 4 years’ experience
• Preferred: PhD in Molecular Chemistry

Education

• PhD in Molecular Chemistry (preferred)
