Role: Conduct physicochemical characterization and conjugation of protein reagents for biopharmaceutical applications, supporting multiple technology platforms including immunoassays, flow cytometry, IHC, and LCMS. Responsibilities: independently design, execute, and analyze experiments (e.g., LCMS, SEC), develop and refine bioconjugation and characterization assays, interpret data, and communicate findings to stakeholders; oversee junior staff and contribute to scientific collaborations; troubleshoot instruments and maintain documentation. Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s degree with 4+ years, Masterโ€™s with 2+ years, or Ph.D. with minimal industry experience; proficiency in mass spectrometry, chromatography, and protein conjugation chemistry; strong scientific writing and communication skills; problem-solving ability and cross-functional collaboration.
