- Read and adapt scientific literature and internal protocols; demonstrate broad, versatile technical expertise; work independently and collaboratively with strong written/oral communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop, execute, and analyze functional assays using human cell lines and primary cells for screening molecules and testing hypotheses.
- Perform advanced molecular and cellular biology techniques (including FACS, ELISA, MSD, HTRF) to measure cellular activation, differentiation, and effector molecule production.
- Isolate, culture, or differentiate immune cells (PBMCs, T cells, myeloid cells) from human and mouse blood products or tissues.
- Work with minimum supervision for established protocols and routine methods.
- Implement and innovate new experimental protocols/techniques as needed.
- Analyze, interpret, document, and report data consistently and rigorously to stakeholders and in group settings.
- Deliver scientific excellence across multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree with typically 5 years relevant industry experience, or Masterโ€™s degree with typically 2 years relevant industry experience.
- Required: in-vitro cell culture experience (sterile techniques; handling challenging cell types) and cell-based assay development.
- Required: human PBMC functional assays and/or immune cell culture/co-culture assays (T cells and myeloid cells).
- Required: immunoassays including multi-color flow cytometry and ELISA (or MSD, HTRF).
- Plus: mouse tissue processing for immune profiling (not direct mouse handling).
- Plus: DNA/RNA handling and molecular biology techniques (PCR, qPCR, Western blotting).
- Strong ability to learn new skills quickly; creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and ability to work independently and in a team.
