Scientist, In Vivo Pharmacology

Role: Scientist in In Vivo Pharmacology supporting Oncology and Immunology discovery programs at Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on preclinical in vivo studies of novel therapeutic candidates. Responsibilities: design, execute, analyze, and interpret murine model studies (cancer and immune-mediated diseases); develop experimental strategies for pharmacodynamics, efficacy, and mechanism-of-action; operate imaging technologies like IVIS; troubleshoot technical challenges; collaborate with cross-functional teams and CRO partners; ensure compliance with animal welfare standards. Requirements: PhD in Life Sciences (Pharmacology, Immunology, Oncology, or related) with 0+ years (industry experience preferred); strong expertise in preclinical in vivo pharmacology, tumor and immune disease models, rodent handling, and imaging; proficiency in data analysis and study interpretation; excellent communication skills. Preferred: industry biotech/pharma experience, familiarity with biomarkers, molecular assays, and cross-functional teamwork. Work setup: onsite at Cambridge, MA with some flexibility; no specific travel requirements stated.
