Scientist, Immunoassay Development

Role: Immunoassay Scientist leading development and characterization of assays supporting Vaxcyte's bacterial vaccine pipeline. Responsibilities: perform hands-on immunoassay work (ELISA, MSD, multiplex); design and execute experiments for assay development, optimization, qualification, and lifecycle management; support platform evaluation and troubleshooting; analyze and interpret immunoassay data; support routine testing and reagent activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support outsourced activities. Requirements: Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Immunology, or related; 0-2 years with Ph.D. or 5+ years with M.S. or 8+ years with B.S. in relevant lab experience; hands-on expertise with immunoassays, especially ligand-binding platforms like MSD and multiplex; experience in GMP or regulated environments preferred.
