Scientist III, Process Chemistry (Antibody-siRNA Conjugates)

Role: Scientist III in Process Chemistry focusing on development and scale-up of conjugated RNAi therapeutics, especially antibody-siRNA conjugates (AOCs/ARCs). Responsibilities: optimize conjugation protocols for yield, reproducibility, and quality; develop GMP kilogram-scale processes; oversee CRO/CDMO activities; characterize conjugates via analytical methods; lead technology transfer; troubleshoot and define process parameters; collaborate with discovery chemistry, analytical, and CMC teams.
