Scientist II/Sr. Scientist I, Process Technology Services, CMC

Role: Process Technology Scientist II/Sr. Scientist I in CMC at Wave Life Sciences, focusing on oligonucleotide manufacturing. Responsibilities: synthesize, purify, and characterize oligonucleotides; support process development, external technology transfer, and GMP manufacturing; develop transfer packages, risk assessments, and troubleshooting plans; contribute to process technology innovation and cost reduction; collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Analytical, Supply Chain, and external partners. Requirements: BS/MS/PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related; 4-6+ years in oligonucleotide process development, GMP manufacturing, or technical transfer; knowledge of oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, analytical characterization, and cGMP standards; hands-on experience with ÄKTA, Waters, Sartorius instruments preferred.
