Role: Senior Scientist II in ADME focusing on nonclinical PK/PD/ADME strategies to support oncology therapeutics, primarily ADC programs, from discovery through development. Responsibilities: design and execute PKPD and ADME studies, perform modeling and simulation, analyze PKPD/PK/TK data, and interpret results to inform decision-making and regulatory submissions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute scientific expertise in ADME, and communicate data and timelines effectively. Qualifications: PhD in a relevant discipline with 0–3 years (or MS with 5+ years) industry experience in ADC PKPD/ADME; hands-on expertise in PK modeling, bioanalysis, and study design. Preferred: experience with ADCs, small molecules, mAbs, or other modalities.
