Position Overview:
The Scientist II / Senior Scientist, ADME will design and execute nonclinical pharmacokinetics/PKPD/ADME strategies to support oncology drug candidates from discovery through development. Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data informing decision-making and regulatory submissions (strong emphasis on ADC programs).
Responsibilities:
- Perform modeling and simulation, analyze PKPD and PK/TK data, and interpret results to inform program decisions.
- Design and execute stage-appropriate PKPD and ADME studies to support candidate selection, clinical development, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ADME considerations into program strategy and timelines.
- Contribute ADME expertise in Translational Sciences and Development team activities.
- Represent ADME at internal/external meetings and communicate timelines, data, and implications.
- Stay current on best practices and regulatory expectations in ADME sciences.
Qualifications:
- PhD in a relevant discipline with 0–3 years industry experience in ADC PKPD and ADME, or MS with 5+ years relevant industry experience.
- ADC experience required; small molecule/monoclonal antibody/other modality experience preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in PKPD modeling, PK/TK analysis, and study design.
- Knowledge of both non-regulated and regulated bioanalysis.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Problem-solving; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication; present complex scientific data clearly to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative, cross-disciplinary approach to achieve program goals.
