Role: In vivo tumor biologist focusing on discovering and developing small-molecule and biologic cancer therapeutics, including ADCs and T-cell engager (TCE) agents. Responsibilities: independently conduct and interpret mouse tumor studies (CDX, PDX, syngeneic), evaluate efficacy, PK, and tolerability; prepare tissue samples for downstream analyses (IHC, flow cytometry, RNAseq); utilize humanized mouse models to support pipeline assets; develop and innovate in vivo experimental techniques; collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications: BS with 5+ years or MS with 2+ years in physiology, pharmacology, molecular biology, or related fields; expertise in in vivo experimentation, including tumor implantation, dosing, and tissue collection; familiarity with humanized mouse models (huPBMC, CD34) and cancer models (CDX, PDX) preferred; experience with ADC/TCE therapeutics and data analysis software advantageous. HighValue: Oncology, tumor models, ADCs, TCEs, humanized mice, efficacy and biomarker studies. WorkSetup: Not specified; likely lab-based research environment.
