Role: Scientist II supporting Tonix Pharmaceuticals' preclinical research programs in CNS and immunology. Responsibilities: develop, optimize, and execute in vitro cell-based, biochemical, DMPK/ADME, and 3D organoid assays; support nonclinical efficacy, pharmacology, and safety studies; troubleshoot assays, analyze data, and document results; maintain cell cultures; collaborate with internal teams and external CROs; prepare reports and data summaries. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field with 2+ years, or M.S. with 4+ years of relevant research experience; strong hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture and assay development; familiarity with DMPK/ADME concepts and advanced in vitro models preferred; proficiency in molecular/biochemical techniques, data analysis, and scientific communication. High-Value: support of translational and nonclinical assays for CNS or immunology programs, including Phase 2 candidates like TNX-4800 (Lyme disease) and TNX-2900 (Prader-Willi syndrome).
