Scientist, II

Role: Scientist II supporting in vivo CAR-T platform development within AbbVie's Immuno-Oncology team, focused on synthetic biology and immune modulation. Responsibilities: design and perform in vitro assays to evaluate CAR-T function (cytotoxicity, effector activity, phenotyping); establish and manage project milestones; analyze complex data; communicate findings through scientific reports and presentations; maintain detailed documentation. Qualifications: BS with 7+ years or MS with 5+ years in immunology, molecular biology, or related fields; expertise in CAR construct design, T-cell biology, and immunological assays; proficiency in primary T cell manipulation, flow cytometry, and cell-based assays. Additional experience in high-throughput workflows and semi-automated systems is advantageous.
