Role: Lead analytical development for Nurix's DAC platform, specializing in ADC/DAC characterization to support drug discovery. Responsibilities: design, execute, and oversee high-throughput screening assays (DAR, aggregation, protein quantitation), conduct in-depth antibody and conjugate analysis (isomers, glycosylation, peptide mapping, stability), develop and troubleshoot LCMS/HPLC methods, establish quality criteria for candidate advancement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and inform decision-making. Requirements: BS/BA with 12+ years, MS/MA with 8+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related; expertise in ADC/DAC analytics, LCMS/HPLC techniques, and industry experience in antibody characterization; demonstrated ability to independently design experiments, troubleshoot assays, and communicate complex data. Preferred: experience with glycan analysis, peptide mapping, biophysical assays, developability assessments, and familiarity with Agilent tools.
