Role: Scientist II, Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics, focusing on oncology drug development. Responsibilities: formulate and execute clinical pharmacology strategies for late-stage and early assets; apply PK/PD, PBPK, and modeling & simulation techniques to inform dose selection and efficacy assessment; collaborate with CROs and internal teams to conduct and oversee pharmacology studies, ensuring timely completion; contribute to study design, data analysis, regulatory documentation, and program strategy. Requirements: Ph.D. or PharmD in clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics, or related field; 0-2+ years industry experience in regulated biotech/pharma, preferably with small molecules, biologics, and ADCs; proficiency in PK/PD modeling software (WINNONLIN, NONMEM, MONOLIX), and experience with R, SAS, MATLAB, PBPK platforms; knowledge of oncology drug development pathways and regulatory guidance.
