Responsibilities: develop application data on chromatography (resins, membranes, monoliths) and TFF systems, operate and troubleshoot lab-scale AKTA and TFF systems, analyze data, and translate findings into technical reports and presentations. Collaborate with product development and field teams to support product readiness and technical positioning, and contribute to scientific publications and conferences. Requirements: Ph.D. in chemical or biochemical engineering, biochemistry, or related fields with 2+ years (Ph.D.), 5+ years (M.S.), or 8+ years (B.S.) of relevant industry experience; strong knowledge of downstream unit operations, analytical assays, and process characterization; hands-on experience with chromatography, filtration, and bioprocess analytics; excellent experimental design, data interpretation, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Preferred: experience with bioprocessing technologies, mammalian cell culture, and working in fast-paced biotech or pharma environments. HighValue: focus on biologics, advanced therapies, gene therapy vectors, process optimization, and technical communication within R&D.
