Radiochemist (Scientist I Radiochemist)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and leadership on radiochemical and analytical methodologies.
- Lead problem-solving for drug product development challenges supporting IND-enabling submissions.
- Support technical transfer of radiochemical methods from RayzeBio and third-party sites to the Indianapolis facility.
- Manage third-party vendors for analytical and laboratory equipment.
- Draft GMP documentation (e.g., SOPs, forms, reports).
- Support hot cells, gloveboxes, and production cleanrooms.
- Ensure compliance with NRC, EHS, and US/EU GMP regulatory guidelines.

Education and Experience (required)
- BS with 5+ years in radiochemistry (or equivalent); OR MS with 3+ years; OR PhD with 1+ year.
- 5+ years of experience working with radioactive materials.

Skills/Qualifications (required/preferred)
- Wet radiochemistry experience.
- Analytical methods experience (e.g., HPLC, Radio-TLC, gamma spec).
- Excellent ethics/integrity; maintain confidential information.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity/quality.
