Role: Scientist I – R&D Immunology & Flow Cytometry, supporting development and validation of clinical flow cytometry assays for diagnostic applications, including immunodeficiency and minimal residual disease (MRD). Responsibilities: perform sample prep, staining, data analysis, optimize multicolor panels, troubleshoot assay performance, support validation activities, and collaborate across teams. Requirements: Ph.D. in Life Sciences (Immunology, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Hematology); 3+ years' experience in flow cytometry, assay optimization, or data analysis. Preferred: 1+ year in clinical flow cytometry (immunodeficiency, leukemia/lymphoma, MRD), multicolor panel design, flow software, automation, and translational research (5+ years).
