Scientist I, Quality Control (2nd Shift)

Role: Scientist I, Quality Control at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, supporting analytical testing and method validation for RNAi therapeutics in a GMP environment. Responsibilities: perform analytical assays on raw materials, drug substances/products, and stability samples using techniques like LC-MS, HPLC, GC, and endotoxin testing; validate and transfer methods; interpret data; troubleshoot analytical challenges; collaborate cross-functionally; lead technical discussions; train colleagues; ensure documentation compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's in Chemistry or related field with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years relevant experience; strong knowledge of cGMP/ICH standards; hands-on expertise with LC-MS, HPLC, endotoxin testing; experience supporting in-process testing; attention to detail. Preferred: experience with oligonucleotides, peptides, synthetic biomolecules; proficiency with analytical instrumentation and data systems.
