Role: Scientist I/II in In Vivo Pharmacology for immunology, inflammation, and oncology programs, focusing on target validation, mechanism-of-action, and efficacy studies using mouse models. Responsibilities: design, execute, and lead in vivo pharmacology and ex vivo immune profiling studies; analyze and interpret data; serve as study lead coordinating cross-disciplinary efforts; mentor junior staff; ensure compliance with animal welfare standards. Requirements: PhD in immunology, pharmacology, biology, or related field with up to 6 years' postdoctoral or industry experience, or equivalent combination; strong expertise in mouse in vivo studies, flow cytometry, immune cell isolation, and biomarker assays; excellent organizational, communication, and laboratory skills. Preferred: experience in inflammation, oncology, autoimmune diseases; advanced flow cytometry, spectral analysis, cytokine platforms, qPCR; mouse colony management and genetically engineered models. High-value: focus on immunology, inflammation, oncology, preclinical in vivo studies, immune profiling, flow cytometry, biomarker evaluation. Work setup: onsite at least 3 days/week, with flexibility required.
