Role: Tumor biologist supporting immuno-oncology drug discovery and development at AbbVie’s South San Francisco, CA site. Responsibilities: design and execute tumor efficacy and PK/PD studies using immunocompetent and immunocompromised mouse models; analyze data, present findings, and collaborate across discovery teams; ensure animal welfare compliance (IACUC). Qualifications: MS with 2+ years or BS with 5+ years of in vivo tumor model experience; expertise in tumor efficacy, PK/PD, immune cell isolation, and tissue culture; proficiency in flow cytometry, molecular biology assays, and familiarity with optical imaging (IVIS) preferred.
