Scientist I

Role: Support late-stage process development of conjugated drug products through independent laboratory experiments and process improvements. Responsibilities: execute critical experiments, interpret data, collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytical chemists, process chemists, manufacturing), support technical transfer and scale-up, and document findings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in laboratory research; strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical development; proficiency in experimental techniques and data analysis. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with biologics, ADCs, or complex drug substances, and experience with regulatory documentation.
